Returns Policy
1. Who can return a product and within what timeframe?
Entitled Parties: The right to return a product is granted to Consumers (individuals making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity).
Deadline: You have 14 calendar days.
Beginning of the period: This period begins on the date the Product is delivered to the Consumer or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier).
2. Return Procedure (Step by Step)
Submitting a Declaration: You must inform the seller of your decision by means of a clear declaration. This can be sent:
By traditional mail to the following address: S-Automotive Sp. z o.o., ul. Kombatantów 32, 38-300 Gorlice.
By electronic means (email to the seller's address).
You may use the ready-made withdrawal form template (attached to the Terms and Conditions), but it is not mandatory.
Confirmation: If the declaration is sent by email, the Seller will immediately send a confirmation of receipt.
Return of Goods: The Consumer must return the product to the warehouse address in Gorlice immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal.
3. Costs and Refunds
Return Costs: The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods (they pay for the shipping costs sent back to the store). This also applies to bulky or heavy products (e.g., suspension components, brake discs) that cannot be returned by standard parcel post.
Refund by the Store: The Seller will refund all payments made to the Consumer, including the cost of the first delivery (up to the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the store).
Payment Deadline: A maximum of 14 days from receipt of the declaration of withdrawal. However, the Seller may withhold the refund until the physical receipt of the goods or proof of postage is provided.
Refund method: Funds are refunded using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer consents to a different method (which does not generate any costs for the Customer).
4. Exceptions – When is a refund not applicable?
The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply, among other things, in situations where the subject of the order is:
A non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Consumer's individual specifications or intended to meet their individual needs.
Digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, if performance began with the Customer's express consent before the expiry of the return deadline.
