Who can return a product and within what timeframe?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 16px; background: #ffffff;\" data-path-to-node=\"7\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\" data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Entitled Parties:<\/span> The right to return a product is granted to <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\" data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"40\">Consumers<\/span> (individuals making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\" data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Deadline:<\/span> You have <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\" data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"80\">14 calendar days<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\" data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Beginning of the period:<\/span> This period begins on the date the Product is delivered to the Consumer or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"color: #232526; text-align: center;\" data-path-to-node=\"8\">2. Return Procedure (Step by Step)<\/h3>\n<ol style=\"font-size: 16px; background: #ffffff;\" start=\"1\" data-path-to-node=\"9\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\" data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Submitting a Declaration:<\/span> You must inform the seller of your decision by means of a clear declaration. This can be sent:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 16px;\" data-path-to-node=\"9,0,1\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9,0,1,0,0\">By traditional mail to the following address: <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\" data-path-to-node=\"9,0,1,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"28\">S-Automotive Sp. z o.o., ul. Kombatant\u00f3w 32, 38-300 Gorlice<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9,0,1,1,0\">By electronic means (email to the seller's address).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9,0,1,2,0\">You may use the ready-made withdrawal form template (attached to the Terms and Conditions), but it is not mandatory.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9,1,0\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\" data-path-to-node=\"9,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Confirmation:<\/span> If the declaration is sent by email, the Seller will immediately send a confirmation of receipt.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9,2,0\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\" data-path-to-node=\"9,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Return of Goods:<\/span> The Consumer must return the product to the warehouse address in Gorlice immediately, no later than <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\" data-path-to-node=\"9,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"113\">14 days<\/span> from the date of notification of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 style=\"color: #232526; text-align: center;\" data-path-to-node=\"10\">3. Costs and Refunds<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 16px; background: #ffffff;\" data-path-to-node=\"11\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\" data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Return Costs:<\/span> The Consumer bears <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\" data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"32\">the direct costs of returning the goods<\/span> (they pay for the shipping costs sent back to the store). This also applies to bulky or heavy products (e.g., suspension components, brake discs) that cannot be returned by standard parcel post.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,1,0\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\" data-path-to-node=\"11,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Refund by the Store:<\/span> The Seller will refund <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\" data-path-to-node=\"11,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"58\">all payments made to the Consumer<\/span>, including the cost of the first delivery (up to the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the store).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,2,0\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\" data-path-to-node=\"11,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Payment Deadline:<\/span> A maximum of <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\" data-path-to-node=\"11,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"28\">14 days<\/span> from receipt of the declaration of withdrawal. However, the Seller may withhold the refund until the physical receipt of the goods or proof of postage is provided.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,3,0\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\" data-path-to-node=\"11,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Refund method:<\/span> Funds are refunded using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer consents to a different method (which does not generate any costs for the Customer).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"color: #232526; text-align: center;\" data-path-to-node=\"12\">4.
